What is your primary product or service?
Jewelry Insurance for both personal jewelry as well as jewelry businesses. We are a Trusted Choice independent agency and represent multiple insurance companies to find the best coverage for the most competitive premium.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have been specializing in the Jewelry Industry since 1972 when we were appointed with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, the only company in the country that exclusively insures the jewelry industry. The owner and the agency manager have nearly 40 years in this area of expertise and hold the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. The owner also holds the Certified Risk Manager designation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our agency has been serving this industry since 1972 and is well versed in risk control measures as well as having access to the best markets at the most affordable rates. We are good at solving insurance problems and take pride in our ability to review the exposures to risk of our clients with solutions that fit their needs and financial ability.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and cash payment while most of the companies that we represent accept credit card payments and EFT payments.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire states of Pennsylvania and Delaware as well as South Jersey.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Richard Franchi, CIC, CRM is president and owner of the agency. Angela Franchi, CIC runs the daily operations of the office. Both have nearly 40 years experience in the industry and commit to ongoing education to stay on top of new developments in the insurance and jewelry industries.
What are your hours of operation?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Twenty Four Hour access is provided through our website www.jewelersinsuranceservices.com.
