What is your primary product or service?
Personal and Business Insurance such as Homeowners, Auto, Businessowners, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella Liablity. We have experience in insuring high valued clients and can identify their unique risks and needs. We also target business insurance for technology companies. We are a Trusted Choice agency and represent multiple carriers to find the right coverage for the most competitive premium.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are an independent agency that was founded as a family business to serve the local needs of the community. The owner and the agency manager have nearly 40 years experience in the insurance business. Both hold the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and the owner also holds the Certified Risk Manager designation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our licensed staff all hold the Certified Insurance Counselor designation as we are committed to the continuous education of our employees and our clients as exposures to loss change in our society. We are good at solving insurance problems and take pride in our ability to review exposures to risk of our clients with solutions that fit their needs and financial ability.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and check payments directly but most billings are done by the insurance companies who offer various forms of payment including EFT and credit cards.

We primarily service the Pennsylvania, Delaware and South Jersey area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Richard Franchi, CIC, CRM is the owner of the agency and the daily operations are run by Angela Franchi, CIC.
