How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was working in the television broadcasting business in the 1980's and noticed that so many television commercials included phone numbers for viewers to call for more information.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have offices in Canada and the United Kingdom and these are the most common expansion points for American businesses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
